Refund policy
We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For in-store purchases & online purchases in Lebanon:
- Exchanges can be made in person at our store within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached.

For online purchases (international deliveries):
- Exchanges for online purchases can be arranged by contacting our customer service team via Whatsapp at +9611262158 within 5 days of receiving your order.
- If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us in very good condition, with all original packaging, and at their own expense.
- Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
